SUMMER in the Berkshires

- Take a Drive: Take the 8 to Litchfield and then the 44 back - all gorgeous.  Pick any small town to stop in for lunch!

- Music: Apple Tree Inn, Lenox; Antimony Brewing, Lenox; The Lions Den at the Red Lion Inn, Stockbridge.

- Wine Tasting: Balderdash Cellars and Home Range Winery; both in Richmond; Les Trois Emme, New Marlborough.

WINTER in the Berkshires

- Skiing: Bousquet Mountain, Pittsfield (9.3miles from BHS), Butternut, Great Barrington  (12 miles from BHS), Catamount, Hillsdale (18 miles from BHS), Jiminy Peak, Hancock (31 miles from BHS)

- Restaurants: 51 Park Restaurant and Tavern, Cafe Triskele, and The Station - ALL in Lee, and ALL delish - especially the winter menus! 

- Bookstores: The Bookstore and Get Lit Wine Bar - check for their speaker series, Lenox; Shaker Mill Books, so much history, West Stockbridge; The Bookloft, guaranteed to find what you were looking for, Great Barrington.

SPRING in the Berkshires

- Hiking: Looking for some peaceful trails with amazing views?  Try Cobble Hill Loop, Tyringham; Bullard Woods, Lenox; McCallister Parks, Great Barrington.  Always good to download the All Trails App

- Music: Live music, fun bands, maybe a little dancing.  The Dream Away Lodge, Becket; Apple Tree Inn, Lenox  (both with good food too).

- Coffee Shops: Starving Artist Cafe, Lee (toasted blueberry scone with butter); Stockbridge Coffee and Tea, Stockbridge (warmed chocolate croissant); Lenox Coffee, Lenox (they have lunch too!).

- Stay Home:  Bring in a private chef.  Home | Chef | Garden  - Enjoy indoors or out!
