Chef Albert Tsai arrives to prepare an elegant evening dinner, a refined breakfast the next morning, and a leisurely lunch before you depart. Each meal is crafted from the finest local ingredients.
Choose from a four-course Harvest dinner, a three-course classic steakhouse menu featuring filet mignon, or the Chef's Seasonal Menu of four courses. Mornings begin with a country estate breakfast or a brunch table with eggs Benedict. Your stay concludes with artisan sandwiches or a plated luncheon.
$275 per guest, plus a $450 chef travel fee. Minimum of 4 guests and $2,000 per stay. Menus can be tailored to dietary needs.
